Handling delivery issues:

According to USPS tracking, if your order says "delivered" and we shipped it to the correct address, but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. If the package is still missing, we understand how frustrating that can be. While USPS does not reimburse lost orders if they were marked as “Delivered,” we’re happy to offer a replacement at 25% off the original price as a courtesy.
