Refund policy
Return rules summary:
Returns accepted within 90 days of delivery date (as shown by tracking number).
We provide free return shipping (within the United States). International returns must be paid for by the customer.
We cannot except returns or give refunds any of the following items:
- Custom products
- Bulk orders (more than 20 units)
- Shipping costs on original order
- Products damaged by you
- Any software we offer including Review Filtration Plus+
Products must be returned in the exact condition they were delivered for full refund.
You will be refunded within 10 business days of us receiving the returned products.

GUARANTEE RULES TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
These rules apply to this guarantee:
"Double your monthly Google Reviews in 30 days or your money back!"
1) You must have and provide proof of how many google reviews you were getting per month on average over the last 6 months, prior to ordering our products.
2) You must prove (picture evidence) that you were actively using the products in your business for 30 days. You cannot just order products, wait 30 days before opening your package, and say your monthly google reviews didn't double, if the products were not is use.
3) In the 30 days after you start using the products, you must have and provide proof that you have not gotten at least double the amount of google reviews that was your monthly average for the last 6 months.
